Dr Paul Ward is a founding member of The Values Collaborative, a USA-based network of experienced values professionals certified in the application of Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT), developed by Richard Barrett & Associates for corporate culture, team effectiveness, leadership, mergers and acquisitions, coaching, community consensus, and whole system change. The mission of The Values Collaborative is to strengthen leaders, organizations, and communities through values alignment in order to empower each individual, each organization, and each community to reach their highest potential. We envision a world where people live by principles that recognize the contribution and value we each bring to a workplace or community. We work in partnership with our clients to foster an environment that respects and nourishes each person.
